WHO WE ARE

WELCOME TO THE DEVELOPMENT BAR

We are a multifaceted company, we specialize in commercial building and design. However, because of our vast experience and knowledge over 25 years in real estate development, commercial, residential and industrial, we’ve acquired specific skillsets that have taken us throughout the US and overseas.

With our diverse personnel, all with unique talents, we’ve managed to expand our services into project management, performing project feasibility studies, proformas, executive summaries, project fund packaging, branding, organizational structuring, and design &  development relating to construction documents. We can literally help you build your business, or strategically help you build your brand.

SKETCHING

At this phase of your project, we work on ideation, making sure you meet all planning commission guidelines, then layout, sketch, and draw box designs, bringing your project to life.

MANAGEMENT

Once we have a definate design direction, we facilitate and manage the process working with engineers, designers, architects, building information models supported by various tools and technologies.

FUND PACKAGING

Using the information we generated, approved by the various local authorizing agencies like The Department of Building and Safety, and Regional Planning Divisions, we use it to help you secure funding as needed.

DELIVERY

Part of the building processes involves passing all inspections until your project is ready for occupancy. In delivering your project we turn on and test all systems, making sure everything is working properly, before we hand over the keys!

We Build custom homes, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, commercial kitchens, and hotel buildings, with steel, wood, masonry-block, concrete, glazing systems-glass, or an engineered combination of all types of materials.

MANAGEMENT

We manage projects from pre-development to delivery and have worked in all regions of the world. from selective demo to strategic remodeling and planning. from business development to selective management staffing and crowdsourcing.

DESIGN

Our design teams are crowed sourced with affiliates in all disciplines in design. From graphic design to architectural & Industrial design, to engineering of all types of designs, using tools like Adobe suites, Revit, Auto-CAD, 3ds-Max, Solid Works, Rhino, Lumion, SketchUp, V-Ray.

FUNDING

Need capital for your project. We have funding sources that can help. From executive summaries, pro-forma w/EBITDA, and project prospectus are just an abridged list of what we can bring to the table to help secure funding. We help with project timeline projections and draw schedules, all to secure funding.

SOURCING

We can have a team tailored for your project or just have a seat at the table. We can also have up to a 200 man construction crew dispatched anyware in the world along with a Management Team. We can also have a seasoned consultant assess your project before construction for potential problems and recommendations.

REMODEL

Not only do we build from ground up, but we also specialize in remodeling, on projects from single family homes, track home planned developments, commercial kitchens, restaurants, commercial building, container build-outs, Sprung Structure build-outs, and Hospitality.
